A: We’re a neurodivergent-owned brand built on chaos, comfort, and unapologetic self-expression. Our pieces are made for those fighting their battles, embracing the mess, and owning their story, one hoodie at a time.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Each piece is made with care (and caffeine). Orders usually take 3–7 business days to process, then shipping time depends on your location. You’ll get tracking info once it’s on its way.
Q: Will I have to pay customs fees?
International customers are responsible for customs/import fees.
We do our best to avoid delays, but once shipped, delivery speed is in the hands of your local courier.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: We don’t currently offer returns or exchanges since each item is made to order, which means once it’s yours, it’s yours. So please double-check sizing and details before you hit checkout.
BUT if the universe screws up and your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days and we’ll fix the chaos.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
A: Oh no! That’s not the kind of chaos we stand for. Email us with a photo and your order number within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll fix it fast.
Q: How do I wash my items?
A: Most of our apparel is best cared for with a cold wash, inside out, and air-dried. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and high heat to keep your print (and vibe) looking fresh.
Q: Are your products ethically made?
A: Absolutely. We work with suppliers who share our commitment to fair treatment, quality materials, and responsible production.
Q: Is this brand really neurodivergent-owned?
A: 100%. Every design, caption, and chaotic drop comes straight from a neurospicy brain. This brand was born from burnout, healing, and pure stubborn hope.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Occasionally, yes, especially if you’ve got a wild idea that fits our vibe. Drop us a message and we’ll see if we can make it happen.
